Homemade Bread Recipe...

I said yesterday that I had made some bread and it turned out really well so I had to do a recipe post on it. It was so nice warm with butter on and I can't wait to make it again already!
500g Strong White Flour
1 1/2 tsp salt 
1 tsp granulated sugar
15g soft butter
1 sachet of fast action yeast or 2 tsps (7g)
300ml lukewarm water

1. Pre-heat oven to 230 degrees
2. Add flour and salt to a bowl, stir in sugar and yeast
3. Rub in the butter and then add enough lukewarm water to form a dough
4. Lightly flour a surface then knead the dough for about 10 minutes
5. Shape the dough and place in a tin (I used a loaf tin)
6. Cover and leave to rise, it should double in size. This takes about 45 minutes
7. Bake loaf for 15 minutes then turn down the heat to 200 degrees and bake for a further 20 minutes
8. Turn out and cool on a wire rack
