Sticky Chicken Recipe...

This is a recipe we tried last night and it didn't go to plan! That is just because we burnt it and left it for too long, not because the recipe was bad! I thought I would still post it for you in case anybody wants to try it and include the pictures we took before it went wrong! I'm going to try and make it again soon so I can update this!
Ingredients:
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp soy sauce
250g chicken, cut into cubes

Method:
1. Mix together the honey, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar in a bowl
2. Prepare the chicken then add to the bowl
3. Give it a stir then leave in the fridge for around 30 minutes
4. Heat a frying pan, add the mixture
4. Cook for about 20 minutes until all the liquid has absorbed into the chicken. Stir regularly to prevent burning. (This is where it went wrong for us!)
5. When the chicken is cooked, you can serve with rice and salad or whatever you prefer

I know this is probably the worst recipe post I've ever done but I fully intend to make it again and I'll post some new pictures then!
