Slimming World Mushy Pea Curry Recipe

This was something I first tried a few months ago and even though I really liked it and managed to freeze about 3 portions of it, I just forgot about it! I made some more last week though because it really is nice and george even likes it too! The first time i made it he wouldn't eat it because he thought it wouldn't be very nice but now he loves it! I know just by reading the title you're probably thinking that it's going to be disgusting and I was really wary before I tried it but it does taste just like a normal curry.
Ingredients:
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
1 tin of baked beans
1 tin of mushy peas
1 onion, chopped
Curry Powder - as much as you would like
Salt and Pepper to season

Method:
1. Fry onion in frylight for about 5 minutes
2. Add mushy peas and baked beans and stir
3. Add chopped tomatoes and stir into the mixture
4. Leave this for around 20 minutes for it to reduce down into a sauce then add the curry powder,
also add some salt and pepper. Again leave for another 10 minutes or so
5. I serve this with rice and you can also add chicken into the curry sauce

It is a really simple recipe and usually you end up with loads left in the pan so it is great for freezing.
