Homemade Chilli Recipe

I made a Chilli last night, all homemade and it was absolutely delicious! Chilli is one of my favourite meals, it's just so easy to make and always tastes good so I had to share the recipe.
Homemade chilli recipe
250g Lean Beef Mince
1 onion, finely diced
1 pepper, chopped
1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes
1 tin of Kidney Beans
1 Garlic, crushed
400ml beef stock
2 Tbsp Tomato Puree
Chilli Powder
Cumin powder
Salt and Pepper
Mixed herbs

1. First, brown the mince in a hot pan. I put a few sprays of frylight in aswell to make sure it doesn't stick
2. When the mince is cooked, add crushed garlic and stir, you can then add in the diced onion and pepper and leave to fry until soft
3. Add the tinned chopped tomatoes along with the tomato puree
4. I then added in the beef stock and the drained kidney beans
5. Add salt and pepper, along with 2 teaspoons of chilli powder and 2 teaspoons of cumin powder
6. Mix well then leave the sauce to thicken for about 30/40 minutes
7. Whilst the chilli is simmering, you can prepare the rice (this is just usually what we have with chilli) and then serve!

Is chilli one of your faves too? It's so quick to make and always tastes yummy. I hope you enjoy this if you give it a try.
