Bounce Energy Balls Review...

A few weeks ago I was lucky enough to be sent a selection Bounce Energy Balls to review and blog about. I was sent a box full of different varieties of Bounce Balls and I was so excited to try them! I had no idea what to expect and I certainly didn't expect the amount there was. I was impressed straight away.
Bounce Energy Balls
Bounce Energy Balls are a small little snack which give you a much needed boost of energy during the day. They nourish your body and fill you up so you don't need to go snacking on chocolate or any other unhealthy treats that we all love! These protein balls are are made with premium ingredients and support a healthy and active lifestyle. They are energising, healthy, filling and satisfying, gluten free, taste great and perfect for any time of day! Perfect for everyone.

They are a mix of proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and essential fats. Experts agree that eating smaller meals throughout the day keeps you energised and feeling great and adding one of these to your day is a way to do that.
In the box I was sent, there were six different flavours so I'll go through what's included in all of them.

Cashew and Pecan - Vitality Lift. This is a mix of nuts and seeds which is high in fibre, manganese and mono and unsaturated fats.

Coconut and Macadamia - Protein Bliss. Packed with macadamias, cashews, agave syrup, coconut and high in protein.

Fudgie Walnut - Brainstorm. A mix of walnuts, peanuts carob and sesame seeds. High in fibre and manganese aswell as mono and unsaturated fats.

Spirulina and Ginseng - Defence Boost. Almonds, oats, sesame seeds to give an energy lift.

Almond - Protein Hit. Full of protein from the almond, aswell as carbohydrates and mono and unsaturated fats.

Peanut - Protein Blast. Keeping you energised throughout the day, packed with peanuts.

The peanut protein ball was my favourite, it had a very strong flavour but if you like peanut butter then you will definitely love this. They might look small from the pictures but it did take me a while to eat. They are much bigger than they look and so filling. They keep you going as soon as you've had one until your next meal. There's no way you need to go snacking after one of these.

These Bounce Balls are available in Holland and Barrett, GNC, Waitrose, Whole Foods Market, Planet Organic, Nutricentre, Ocado and local independant Health Food Store.

Have you ever tried Bounce Balls? If you have, what did you think?
