Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe...

Spaghetti is one of my go to meals, it's so simple to make and relatively quick so I wanted to do a little blog post on it. There aren't that many ingredients included and most you probably have in anyway so it's a great meal to make when you're a bit stuck and not sure what to do!
250g Lean Beef Mince
Fry Light
1 tin of Chopped Tomatoes
Bisto Reduced Salt, 1 Beef stock cube and 400ml of water

1. Fry the mince in a pan with some fry light, now would be the time to add in any vegetables, I sometimes add in chopped onion
2. When the mince has browned, add the chopped tomatoes along with some salt and pepper
3. I leave this to simmer for about 10 minutes then add a stock cube and about a tablespoon of bisto with 400ml of water
4. While the sauce is simmering I start the spaghetti. I tend to do quite a lot because I love pasta but it's up to you how much you do
5. Just before the sauce is done, I add in a few herbs and spices, just italian seasoning, a bit more pepper and sometimes a bit of hendersons relish
It is so simple and if you do follow Slimming World, it is Syn free which is even better. This took no time at all and was delicious.
