I have been wanting to get this book for a few weeks now. I have seen countless amounts of bloggers and people I follow on Instagram with it and it just looks so good.

I'm not sure how the meals and recipes would adapt to Slimming World as that is the plan I am following at the moment. But saying that, this book is about food that your body needs and foods that you should be eating. Aswell as following a plan to help with weight loss, I also want to make sure I am eating the right foods and generally living a healthier lifestyle and I think this is the perfect book to use to help me with that.
There are so many things I want to make already, the almond butter fudge sounds amazing! Also the black bean chilli is a must to try and the homemade baked beans with giant hash browns sounds too good.
