It can be so tricky to find the perfect gift for your partner when Valentines Day comes around but if your other half struggles with sleep and relaxation, then Feather and Down have you covered! This is a product which I actually think is fab for massages for the ultimate romantic night in. This oil is supposed to soothe your skin, seal in any moisture, calming your senses with a luxurious blend of essential oils. With calming lavendar and chamomile, this really does smell beautiful and is the perfect scent to help you drift off to sleep. It's a dream to massage into your skin and soaks in so well without leaving any sort of sticky residue which has happened with other body oils I've tried in the past. After a hot bubble bath, this is the perfect product to use before slipping into comfy pyjamas and settling down for the night.

Their Sleep Salts which are also £8 in Boots are so easy to use, just sprinkle into warm running water, and they'll fill your bath with a soothing fragrance which will help relieve any stress or tension you're feeling. For me, if I'm feeling down, stressed or a little bit ill, then a bath always sorts me out and products like this only make it feel more like a proper pamper evening, which we all deserve to have every now and then. This 500g tub of Sleep Salts will last ages for plenty of chilled evenings in, helping you relax and unwind after a busy day, and clearing your mind.
Another bath product which is an essential for a cosy, warm night in is the Bath Essence which is currently £7 at Boots. Like the bath salts, just pour under warm running water for a foamy bubble bath that is sure to soak away any tension you're feeling. Like the rest of Feather and Downs products, this has a lavendar and chamomile scent which completely fills the bathroom and leaves you smelling lovely. I like to use this along with a bath bomb when I can, a good book and some music. It leaves me feeling so ready for bed and I always have such a better sleep than I do on days where I don't use any of these products.
