Soap and Glory What A Peeling! De-Clog Mask Review

I can't believe after so long of not really being fussed about face masks, how much I love them now. They are always part of a pamper evening for me and I try to do at least one a week now, they just make my skin feel so good, and I love trying out loads of different ones. One of the latest ones I've tried is the What A Peeling! De-Clog Mask from Soap and Glory.

Soap and Glory are a firm favourite of mine now when it comes to beauty and skincare, and they've had a range of face masks out for a while now but like with most things, it took me ages to get round to trying one. This De-Clog mask is supposed to remove dirt and impurities from your skin and it's packed with lots of skin-loving ingredients like Vitamin C aswell as essential oils, ideal for problem areas like the T-zone.

My skin has been a bit erratic recently so I was really intrigued to see if this could help in any way at all. I don't know if it's the change in weather or something else but wow it's been breaking out which is why I thought a peel off mask that should extract any dirt or bacteria might be the best one to go for at the moment. First impressions, I absolutely love the packaging of the face mask, Soap and Glory just always get it right don't they? There are 2 pots included so you get more than one use out of it which I think is great as it's definitely a more expensive face mask at the usual price of over £4. As you might have already guessed, the mask itself is pink and I absolutely loved that, it's so bright! It's unlike any mask I've tried before for that reason alone. I also really like that it comes with a little spatula too to help apply the mask as it is quite a runny and this just ensures you really cover all the areas you want to. I applied a thin layer, avoiding my eyes, hairline, eyebrows and lips, particularly focusing on areas that are prone to open pones like the nose, chin and T-zone. This isn't a mask for a quick 5 minute pamper as it does need to stay on for around 25 minutes just so it fully dries, making it easier to peel off but some nights that's just what you need. It gives you plenty of time to chill in the bath or paint your nails too! When it comes to removing, it's really easy, you can pretty much peel it off in one go. After fully removing the mask, my skin felt so fresh and I think it generally just looked better. It's a little hard to describe but I really felt like it had pulled away any impurities. It's not often I look in the mirror after using something and think 'wow that's really done something' but I did with this.

I can see why people rave about the Soap and Glory masks so much, this one has really impressed me and it's only made me want to try more from them. I can't remember the last time a face mask really made such a difference to my skin and left it not only feeling amazing, but looking so much better than before. Though I've tried much cheaper face masks before and I don't usually like to spend a lot on them, this one is so worth the money and I'll definitely be picking it up again in future.

Have you tried any of the Soap and Glory masks?
