I made these after reading about them on Charlottes blog recently, they sounded delicious and I knew we would like them, brownies are literally one of my favourite things, so I really wanted to give them a go. They really didnt take long to make and you don't need many ingredients, we absolutley loved them and I can't wait to make them again!

Cookie Mix
Brownie Mix
Oreos
You may also need butter, eggs, water and oil to add to the packet mixes.
Method:
1. Line a square tin with baking paper and pre heat oven to 200 degrees
2. Make the cookie dough following the packet instructions, I got mine from Morrisons and for this packet mix I needed to add 25g of butter and 10ml of water, I then added this to the tin and flattened out making sure it was spread evenly
3. I then added a layer of oreos, I ended up needing 9 to spread over the cookie dough
4. Now make up the brownie mixture, again I used a Morrisons one and for this I needed to add 1 egg, 2 tbsp of vegetable oil and 3 tbsp of water. When all of that was mixed together I added it to tin for the final layer and baked for 30 minutes
5. I left to cool in the tin for quite a while as the brownie mix is quite gooey and I didnt want it to all fall apart. When I did remove it from the tin I then left it on a wire rack to cool for even longer and then finally cut into 9 pieces.
These just tasted amazing. I'm so glad I made them. They are definitely an indulgent treat and not something you should probably eat loads off but they are perfect for a friday night or saturday afternoon!
Have you tried making these before? Do you think you'd like them?
